To extend or shorten a trial period that is still in progress for a contract, follow these steps:
- Go to the customer's contract details. You will find the required setting next to the "In Trial" status via the Edit button.
- There, select the desired trial end date.
- Finally, confirm the newly selected trial period end date in the pop-up window that appears.
Under Contract History you will now see the new trial end date and the start of the paid period:
