How can I change a trial period that is still running?


To extend or shorten a trial period that is still in progress for a contract, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the customer's contract details. You will find the required setting next to the "In Trial" status via the Edit button.
  2. There, select the desired trial end date.Trial4.jpg
  3. Finally, confirm the newly selected trial period end date in the pop-up window that appears.Trial5.jpg

Under Contract History you will now see the new trial end date and the start of the paid period:Trial6.jpg
