To view detailed information about your refunds, go to "Logs > Refunds". In the logs, you can search for a transaction ID and filter by refund status. There you have the choice between:
- All
- Failed
- Succeeded
In addition, you can use the date filter to further delimit the displayed refunds.
To see all available information on an individual refund, click on the "Details" button.
There you will also find information from the payment provider if a refund fails.
